All goods purchased from this online shop have a 14 day money back guarantee on product performance, so you can shop with full confidence. We cannot however accept returns because you don’t like the taste of a particular product.

The guarantee is only valid if complete proof of purchase (the original receipt), the completed returns form and the original packaging are returned with the product. We also suggest all goods are returned by recorded delivery, as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit.
