Acceptance

When you order from the website you are indicating that you accept the terms and conditions, may we suggest you read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Images

All the images, specifications and advertising on the site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description. The intention is to make sure that all the information on the website should be up to date and accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages.

Pricing

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not your order has been confirmed, if the credit card has already been charged we will immediately credit your card account with the amount in value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

On your order you must provide us with exact billing address and supply a contact telephone number which will be the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.

Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

Overseas Shipping

Whilst we endeavour to provide shipping at a competitive rate, these do vary from time to time; in this event we will contact you to advise of any unforeseen changes before dispatch.
Please note that Customs Regulations vary from country to country and may affect delivery. On notification, we will offer an immediate refund.

Availability

All products and service are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If goods cannot be supplied, you will be refunded any money that has been received in payments for the goods.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons:

- to provide you with updates about our services.

You can opt out of our marketing material at any time by replying to any email we send.
